The plot in Harry Potter #4 was to win the Triwizard tournament. The tournament had 3 tasks. Capture golden egg from a dragon, save loved ones from drowning, and travel through a dangerous maze to find the cup. Harry is a regular boy who's aunt and uncle care for him because his parents died. His parents were wizards. He is enrolled in a magical school called Hogwarts.
The main characters Hermoine, Ron, and Harry are best friends. They can't be seperated at all. They rarely get in fights that make this trio perfect. They don't even keep secrets from each other. They solve mystery's and try and stop Voldemort the evil character who killed Harry's parents.
The moral that I found in this story while reading it was that curiosity and overconfidence can bite you in the butt. I found this out when Voldemort was torturing Harry with magic. Voldemort thought that he could kill Harry easily but Harry was saved by Harry's ghost parents. Voldemort, and villains in general, are often overconfident and this often leads them to failure. They try to do too much. For example, Lex Luther in the superman series often acts out of greed and overconfidence. Likewise, Any Bond villain often is obsessed with world domination, the ultimate act of overconfidence! In the end Voldemort failed and was exposed to the wizard world.
These books are my favorite series as compared to Twlight, Hunger Games or any other series. They fill you with suspense, excitement, and mystery. This book is vey good. Although it is long, the story makes you think about everything in the book. I am happy I have my parents to look to in need.
