In the book Percy Jackson: Titans Curse Percy goes to camp half-blood yet again. Percy is a young teenage boy who is a son of the Greek sea god Poseidon. Although that sounds pretty cool but he is constantly being hunted by evil monsters, messed with by the gods, and sent on dangerous quests. Although Percy realizes this he continues to go because it is the safest place for half-bloods.
Camp half-blood is the safest most of all because it is blessed by magic of the gods. In the book Thalia Zeus's daughter was killed in battle with a monster. Zeus turned Thalia into a pine tree before she died. Since the pine tree was blessed with magic it created a magical barrier from the monsters and regular people that kept them out.
Also at camp half-blood every half-blood is trained to fight. Everyone there is a killing machine that are ready for war at a moments notice. Some kids have advantages since their parents could be a war god. This would help since the half-bloods carry traits from their parents. Percy for example can control water and speak to horses.
Camp half-blood is obviously a very safe place that could shelter the most wanted person. The camp is also a very friendly place that takes care of the kids. The camp is a very good place that can protect anyone since it is magical, and has trained warriors guarding it.
You did a really great job of summarizing the text so that I knew exactly what the book was about and why camp half blood would be considered a safe place. I think you could add more specific evidence to support your thesis.
