In the comic book Captain America a hero is born through technology and science. Captain America a.k.a Steve Rogers was a scrawny kid from brooklyn. He had a good heart and always had wanted to fight for the army. His conditions with asthma and other medical excuses mad it impossible for the captain. Captain America was a good person.
Not only taking mean comments from other people Captain never gave up he always stood up for what he believed in and didn't care what others thought. Since his transformation Captain stayed the same mentally and emotionally.
Captain also had no one that believed in him. He was alone when he was fighting to get into the army and only when the scientist changed him did he make it in. Captain America though did many services to the country while fighting.
In the end Captain America is a great man. Even though he used to be scrawny and now he's buff he stayed the same. Captain did not also forget his beliefs or his heart. He is a tough man who is amazing, making him a great super hero.
